When considering prices, there are a few things you should know.
There are a number of factors that we consider before estimating a project. Size and complexity are the biggies, then carpet style and any other materials used. We generally work with highest quality plush nylons: textured, velvet, and shags. For commercial projects we tend to work with 36 oz and 40 oz premium cutpiles.

Choose design from existing library – No charge unless revisions are needed. Hourly Rates.
Design from scratch – $500 min deposit. Two versions. Unlimited revisions.
Note – We gather as much information as possible. We explore themes, take photos, and determine best starting point for your project. With information in hand, we go into the design phase. Roughly 1-2 weeks to complete.
Custom Rug Fabrication – Price ranges as follow.
Size: 6 x 9 – $1500 – 5000 range
Size 8 x 10 – $1500 – 7500 range
Size: 9 x 12 – $1500 – 10,000 range
Smaller sizes – by quote request
Larger sizes – by quote request
Custom insetting into wall-to-wall – by quote request
Custom staircase runners – by quote request
Expert Repairs – 75.00 minimum
Professional edge binding – 75.00 minimum with per ft. rates
